What will my card statement say?

We will send your order in padded packaging and make sure that it is fully secure before shipping. Your credit card or bank statement will show a charge to Head Outside

PayPal statements

You PayPal account will show a charge to Head Outside.

How do I place an order?

Head Outside are always trying to make the shopping experience as easy as possible.

All products are in stock unless they state otherwise.

Browse our shop by clicking on the products that takes your fancy, click on product pictures to see more information and to load a larger picture.

When you find a product you want to buy, click the "Add to basket" button to add it to your basket.

The item will now be shown in your shopping basket on the right of the screen. The total cost of items in the basket will be calculated automatically. Remember that all prices include VAT.

You need to have cookies enabled in your Web browser to shop here. We use cookies to keep track of your current shopping session to personalise your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping basket at any time - if you do not accept cookies you will not be able to buy from us.

When you have finished shopping, click the 'Go to Checkout' link and you will be taken through the simple and secure payment process.

You can place an order online and pay by credit card, debit card or PayPal.

Your personal details are kept secure at all times and we will never share them.

How do I place an order over the phone?

You can call us between 9am and 8pm to place an order over the phone, to make the phone call quicker you can browse the products on our website and on each product page you will see a order over the phone code, just write this code down and then tell the code to one of our customer care team members. If you wish you can just give us a call and we can help you out with finding the right products over the phone for you.

How do I pay for an order?

You can pay at Head Outside by using a credit card, debit card, PayPal, Amazon or on the telephone.

When you check out just click on the option that you would like to pay with and follow the step by step instructions.

Security and your privacy

When you check out on our website you will need to provide us your name, address and email, please note that we keep these secure at all times, please read the privacy policy to find out more.

Paying by credit or debit card

When choosing a payment option click either pay by credit or debit card, you can then follow the onscreen instructions and will be required to type in your card details, you may then be taken to a 3D Secure area which your bank will require you to type in some certain information.

Credit cards = Visa, MasterCard & American Express

Debit cards = Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Switch & Maestro

Paying by PayPal

If you choose to pay by PayPal then select the PayPal option, you will then be taken to the PayPal website and required to log in and complete the payment process, you will be automatically take back to our website to confirm the payment.

Paying by Amazon

If you choose to pay by Amazon then select the Amazon option, you will then be taken to the Amazon website and required to log in and complete the payment process, you will be automatically take back to our website to confirm the payment.

Paying by phone

If you choose to pay by phone then please call us on 01428 288210, our customer care team will then help you place your order!

Orders before 3pm

Please place your order before 3pm to be shipped the same day, any orders placed after 3pm will be shipped out the next working day.
