What is the return policy?

At Head Outside we are committed to making the return procedure as simple as possible for you.

We will give you 14 days to return any unwanted item(s) but they must be returned in a new and unused condition and still with the original packaging.

We will give you 28 days to return any faulty item(s), Should a fault occur after the initial 28 days, we will resolve your concern the best way possible. Please note that some of the products we sell come with a warranty included.

 

Will I have to pay to return items?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide free returns as we offer free delivery over £50. This means that returning the unwanted item(s) is at your own cost. If you choose to replace your item(s) instead of a refund we will, however, ship these out free of charge, if your product(s) were faulty then we will reimburse for your shipping costs. How do I return an item?

It really is simple to return an item(s):

  1. Email us enquires@headoutside.co.uk
  2. Your order ID number (can be found on your invoice) if you do not have an order ID then email us as additional security questions may have to be answered.
  3. Your name and address
  4. Send us back your items…
  5. We will then exchange or refund you within 14 days of receiving the return

 

Faulty items?

It really is simple to return a faulty item(s):

  2. Please quote your order ID number (can be found on your invoice)
  3. If you do not have your order number then just your name or address will do
  4. Send us back your items…
  5. We will then exchange or refund you within 14 days of receiving the return

 

Returning promotional items?

When returning a promotional item for a refund that was brought online as part of an offer like “buy one get one free” or “3 for 2” then all items in the offer must be returned. If you choose to have a replacement then you can just send us the item(s) you wished to be replaced and we will replace them for you.
