Polices & Rules for Merley Court Holiday Park (shorefield Holidays)
Merley Court Touring Park will debit the balance from your card 12 weeks before arrival, or if the arrival date is sooner than 12 weeks before arrival then the balance will be taken immediately.
Camping and touring
Arrive: noon – 9 p.m.
Depart: 10 a.m.
Please note, reception closes at 5pm, however our warden will be able to check you in up until 9pm. Strictly no arrivals after 9pm.
No refunds within 1 week of arrival date.
5-12 weeks before arrival: 50% will be retained.
1-4 weeks before arrival: 25% will be retained.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book. You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.
