Queensberry Bay Holiday Park

Queensberry Bay Holiday Park will debit the full amount from your card immediately. This includes a 15% non-refundable deposit.

Pitches: a £20 deposit for the key fob will be payable on arrival. Accommodation: a £25 damage deposit is due on arrival and will be refunded 14 days after checkout as long as no breakages have been found.

Camping and touring

Arrive: noon – 8 p.m.

Depart: noon

On-site accommodation

Arrive: 4 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Depart: 10 a.m.

Winter: accommodation from 4pm to dusk; camping from 12noon to dusk. July and August: arrivals permitted up to 8pm. Strictly no arrivals after this time.

Departures: accommodation by 10am, camping by 12noon..

No refunds within 1 week of arrival date.

You can cancel your booking at any time subject to the following:

- between 7 and 14 days before arrival: refund 25%

- between 15 and 21 days before arrival: 50%

- between 22 and 28 days before arrival we will refund 75%

These refunds are not negotiable.

Depending on availability the campsite can normally carry forward a booking to a date later in the current season if you wish. This may result in additional charges. Bookings may not be carried forward between calendar years.

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book. You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.
