Helpful Directions
The site is nine miles west of Scotch Corner on the side of the A66 near Greta Bridge, ideally located for people travelling to or from Scotland or the Lake District.
From Barnard Castle
Leave the A67 / Market Place towards Kings Court. At the roundabout, take the first exit on to Newgate and proceed for one mile. Turn right towards the A66/The Street and continue for three miles. Look out for our campsite on the left.
From Scotch Corner
Leave Middleton Tyas Lane towards Scotch Corner. At roundabout, take the third exit on to A66 and continue for nine miles. Look out for our campsite on the right. If you reach Green Lane, you have gone too far.
