About Swallow Barn Farm Campsite
We are a pop up camp site open at weekends (Friday to Sunday). Camping is in one of our 2 acre fields with spectacular views. There are 5 pitches so you'llhaveplentyof space. It's a 'wild' site with limited facilities, (no electric). There's a fire pit along side each pit and we provide campers with water upon arrival. There's a portaloo in the field along with a washing line to dry wet towels or clothing. If you fancy kicking back for the weekend and switching off from the outside world that's absolutely what this site is all about.If you fancy helping feeding our sheep or want fresh, free range eggs for breakfast you've only got to ask. If your phone is out of charge and it's urgent, we'll recharge for you.
We firmly believe in leaving no trace, (as the fields are used for grazing livestock), so bins for recycling and general waste are provided.
A simple welcome pack awaits guests upon arrival.

Helpful Directions
Entering our post code will get you to our neighbours farm. If you're travelling from Hepworth village, drive past Dean House Farm and keep going up the hill - we're the only farm on the left.
If you're arriving from Hade Edge/Penistone, turn into Dean Lane and we're the first farm on your right.
The camping field is signposted.

1 car per pitch unless you let us know in advance
Basket of logs is £5 (100% nail free)
All bought in firewood must be nail free

Gates close 10 to 10.30pm
Departure by 11am
No noise after 11pm
We reserve the right to refuse entry
We reserve the right to ask you to leave if you break any of our rules
